There’s something special about handmade products, and it becomes really exciting when a work of art is designed and created exclusively for you.

You're welcome to have a say about which colours or theme we work with, choose some elements in the design that you really like (like certain animals or plants), or you can simply leave it all to us to interpret the best design for your site.

Despite the fact that commissioning mosaics is a very personal thing, we're regularly handling orders around Australia & around the world. In fact, quite a list is building of delighted customers who have never spoken to us in person or by phone.

Exchanging ideas, designs and quotes can be handled in person, by phone or over the internet - pieces are never started (and no money outlayed) until the design, costs, delivery times and method are agreed upon.

For commissions to start, we normally ask for 50% in advance and 50% on completion. Commercial or very large projects are tailored to suit both parties.

We handle packing, delivery and/or installation around the country - for items up to 20 kg we use Australia Post & over 20kg we use furniture removalists.

Overseas orders up to 20kg (900mm tabletop for example), are easily handled by overseas mail - over 20kg are handled by international couriers (e.g. FedEx) on a case by case basis.
