Design based on the concept of the cyclical nature of existence.

Artist comment: "Universal Law" is a design that's been sitting around for a while - originally I intended to make it much larger. Thanks to a recently purchased wet saw, I was able to cut the pieces much smaller & so went for the smaller size.

Universal Law represents the cycles we experience as humans - each cycle has smaller ones, and is part of a larger cycle. Theoretically, the largest circle would be part of a larger set of three, and the smallest circles would further breakdown and so on. Of course space was limited, but I hope you get the idea.

The colour of the work is deeper than represented in the photo, but I preferred to show the detail and at the same time cut down the reflectiveness of the goldene tiles.
