Iconic representation of a goanna backed by the colour of Australia's rich red outback soils.

Artist comment: Goanna is simply based on an image I got in my head long before I ever decided to make the piece. I see the Goanna as an iconic Australian figure (and have shared space in the forest with one on many occasions) and have set him on a backdrop of Australian outback colours and surrounded him in blue shores. in a sense, it's a representation of my love for Australia's natural offerings.
