Artist comment: Sunseeds is inspired by the center of a sunflower as it’s seeds were ripening. Each individual seed was cut, etched and glued as I went – quite a departure from most projects which are usually very well planned. I’ve posted 2 photos under different light conditions. as the goldene tiles are quite noticeably different as the sun moves around.
