Artist Comment: One of my favourite outings is walking through the forest during a full moon. The light & feeling it creates is amazing! It was inevitable that we'd do a night forest scene, and this one we created as an art piece to offer for sale. The water has highly reflective silver through it making the water shimmer as you move around. This was my first shaded tree trunk using the same variable coloured tile. I smashed the tiles into small pieces, sorted the shards into piles according to shade, and carefully laid them for the 3D effect shown.
