Honesty and value for money - Everything you'll read on this website is put to you as honestly & accurately as I possibly can. I don't believe in overstating things, and aim to give you value for money any time you purchase from me.

Secure ordering - Everything and anything you order from my site is managed by third parties using SSL technology. I've read a couple of times that this technology is "uncrackable", and so for now I feel I am offering the best security possible. At no stage do I view or handle your credit card details.

My shopping cart is handled by Mal's Ecommerce, and my credit card clearance by eWay and/or Paypal - please feel free on click on the links to learn about the companies.

A genuine money back guarantee - If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or doesn't match your expectations (within 30 days) I will replace it without cost, or give you your money back - whatever suits you best. The only "fine print " here is that I won't cover shipping in the event you just don't like the product.

No spam - I despise spam too. If you join my members area you can expect to receive occasional eMails letting you know about new additions to the site - not a bombardment of eMails desperately trying to sell you something. I will never share your eMail address with anyone - ever.

An eagerness to help - If you write to me with a question or problem, you can expect a prompt helpful reply. Unfortunately I simply can't respond to all the questions about making mosaics (I get an awful lot of them) - that's what I've created the memberships for - most questions have already been answered there. If you're a member - ask anything you like!
